Description

as far as i see -UResourceBundle.getBundleInstance("HolidayBundle", locale)

isn't the right way of accessing the holiday-bundles.

Holiday.getHolidays() uses -UResourceBundle.getBundleInstance("com.ibm.icu.impl.data.HolidayBundle", locale);
