Description

Is it possible to make the knowledge of scripts and languages in the LayoutEngine be data-driven so that we don't have to regenerate the LEScripts and LELanguages enumerations each time the Unicode version changes?

It probably makes sense to do this for UScripts.h in ICU as well.

Changed priority to minor because although this seems like a good idea, it might not actually be possible, and we can live quite happily with things like they are.
