Description

As part of my work on dictionary-based break, after modifying RBBI but before implementing actual Thai break, I tried a make check. Imagine my surprise when all tests passed (except the uobject test of instantiation of DictionaryBasedBreakIterator.

There really ought to be some rudimentary testing of Thai breaking in ICU.

You can assign this back to me.

Correction. There is no regularly run test for Thai break iteration.

Please take a closer look at icu/source/test/thaitest

You might want to rename this bug to merge thaitest into cintltst or intltest (depending on whether you plan to write the test in C or C++). Last time I heard, merging the test wasn't trivial.

Add/Change #5022 (No tests for Thai break! :-O)
