Description

Hi there,

with Java 2 security enabled and when formatting a date, a java.security.AccessControlException stack is dumped to System.out. To me it seems like a doPrivileged() block is missing in the JDKTimeZone.getOffset(...) method.

Fixed in 3.4. This is a 3.2 patch.
