Description

Currently, udata loading mechanism accepts only char * for path definition. However, on Win NT/2K (and soon on other platforms) path could contain non ASCII characters, and files can actually be opened by supplying non-ascii chars.

Therefore, it would be good for udata to be able to accept UChar * for path definition.

Type and name should stay invariant.
